Ordered and paid for 5 pairs of leggings, they only sent 4 of them then ignored all my emails!

Absolute shocking service provided. I payed for a next day service for the item as it was for a present but when i tracked the item the following day the item wasnt even out for delivery. When i rang to question why the answer i had was DPD is to busy. Why advertise the service when its not going to happen . In the end i had to cancel the order. Will never use this company again.....

The item did not arrive despite a confirmation email from Kukubird. They did respond to emails I sent and arranged a refund promptly

1 of the 3 items I order hasn’t arrived. I am speaking to Joe presently and hope he can sort out the problem and my 3rd item will be sent on to me ASAP.

Placed order 11th june. Took payment from my account already. Tried chasing but they dont answer phone and emailed twice and sent a message. Still waiting on 19th June. Really poor customer service.....will not be using again or reccomending kukubird 👎

Purse was not despatched, despite paying extra for 'next day' delivery. When I enquired a few days later via e-mail, I was told the only purse of that colour had been sub-standard so they couldn't send and did I want another colour. It was suggested that I had been contacted earlier to communicate this, but I had clearly received no such message. I declined and requested a refund.

Still awaiting delivery of item. Order placed on 20 Dec, shipped on 21 Dec by 1st class mail but still not received today on 30 Dec. Not apply with service!

I ordered a handbag on November 21st. It's now December 28th and still no handbag. I reached out to customer service. All they could say was the package probably got lost. Gave me a refund. But, what the heck happened to the handbag? It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very disappointed!! :(

I have ordered the backpack on 21st of September. I chose delivery in 3-5 working days. Today is 7th of October and I still didn't get my backpack...
