“The company was great about using the insurance and being prompt about shipment. My only issue is the misleading products displayed on the website. I ended up ordering the wrong pump because of how the website displays the products. The pump I wanted was labeled the same as the one I mistakenly purchased except for one number. A little disappointed. I contacted customer support and never heard from them.”
“Still haven’t received keep getting conflicting communication saying they received prescription then they didn’t receive it. Can’t track it says undelivered very confusing still waiting on it.”
“Very unhappy with this company and wish we went with a different one for the pump. They were not super helpful or supportive in the beginning, and we were left to navigate things on our own and had to figure everything out. I reached out to them in writing, and I also called and the service was subpar. Not only that but we were given wrong information when we called and treated like an inconvenience when we asked for help. And after sending them a copy of our insurance card, they didn’t let us know that they couldn’t verify our insurance for quite a while after we ordered the pump, and I was left for a long time without a pump after giving birth. I’ve given them all legible information and there should not have been such a delay. Very inconvenient and they do not accept return returns even if something is disinfected and sanitize it could still be sold secondhand.”
“I haven’t used my pump yet, but Yummy Mummy was so quick in helping me get a pump ordered before my insurance coverage ended in 3 days. The pump was shipped and arrived the next day.”
“I finally received my pump, however I had to inovlve myself a lot in this process in order to obtain it. I was under the impression the company would take care of outreaching my provider on my behalf, however they were not successful depspite the office telling me they responded every time (they provided me with dates and times of their responses). There were multiple times I had to be the mediator in order to finally obtain my pump.”
“I received mine yesterday. I ordered a Lansinoh Thrive 2 in 1 breast pump with 3 packs of milk storage bags. It was completely free through my insurance. Very simple process, all you need to do is complete the prescription form and have your provider sign and send back.m”
