“It was fast using the app and they gave me the information to have my doctor sign off on the perscrption for the breastpump but when the breastpump says it was delivered the box did not have the breastpump and only had milk bags in it and i've been dealing with customer service for several weeks now and no one is resolving this issue about re-shipping and resolving this issue. I've been emailing the company and they tell me they will re-ship and send me tracking withing 24-48 hours and it's a week later and I called cutomer service about the issue and when they relize what i'm calling for they hang up on me and this has happended nearly 8 times now. Please help resolve this.”
“The entire process with Yummy Mummy was a hassle. First , I had to get my insurance on the phone with them just to get approval for a pump. Second I never even received my pump. Third, I paid more to them than if I’d paid out of pocket and then been reimbursed by insurance.”

“The only company I could find that worked with my insurance to get a hand pump. Were very quick in getting my pump and breast milk storage bags to me, although for some reason would not accept the photo of my prescription from my doctor but they did contact her directly to take care of it. Pleasantly surprised at the promptness.”
“Not what I expected. Website has the better ones but only lets you choose a specific brand. I tried it and I am not pleased with the pump. Very bulky, many parts to assemble. When using the different modes it didn’t work for me.”
