Then when I called to inquire, i got THE RUDEST customer service rep. She was INSTANTLY rude, didn't bother to listen, had to explain things over to her. Then she brushes me off trying to end the call by telling me to send in an email with the my issue.”
“The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I didn't receive my product, and the customer service team didn't refund me or resend the order. They asked for more money, and when I refused, they said they'd talk to their team and follow up. It's been a month now, and I've had no response. It's clear they're not interested in helping me. Be aware when dealing with this company.”
