“The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I didn't receive my product, and the customer service team didn't refund me or resend the order. They asked for more money, and when I refused, they said they'd talk to their team and follow up. It's been a month now, and I've had no response. It's clear they're not interested in helping me. Be aware when dealing with this company.”
“Products are fantastic, customer service is quite all right, but it takes ages for delivery. At least 2 weeks, it lasted 4 weeks last January... I am sure they can do better, they deserve it for the products are outstanding”
