I waited and waited but the status of my order was showing only as order received not even being prepared for delivery.

terrible service. bought 5 items on sale. out of the whole order they delivered 1 item, the cheapest. they apologized for the rest and said they were out of stock. why the hell are you selling items you don't have? and I paid for the order on June 26, and on July 2 they sent me an email that they were very sorry but they didn't have anything from my order except the bag. and I paid 5 euros for delivery.

Very good quality! I rated 3 stars because of the return policy. I don't live near a Zara and had to choose the "return at delivery address" option. I had to pay $5 for this service. Also, I just found out that I will need to deliver the package to FedEx myself and they will not be picking up from my house. Paying for exchanges is not common in 2025.

I have given Zara the coordinates from the delivery company stating that those do not belong to my address, but they just respond " robotically " that " nothing wrong with your delivery".

Appalling policy and customer service !!! Would have given 0 stars if could Submitted a return request within thirty working days of delivery,as the goods did not fit despite ordering my size ! So Zara s inconsistent sizing strikes again.

Received order confirmation and delivery date via email and payment by Mastercard was taken immediately.

Called back 2 days later and I am informed that the delivery service did not respond to Zara’s and did not update the address so they sent my package back.

Horrible customer service and no communication about when delivery is expected or tracking number sent via e-mail or text.
