“ Every time I seek a delivery from Zara - my parcel is taken to the main entrance of our apartment building - instead of our apartment which is located on street level . Many goods are stolen because of the laziness of delivery people to do their job - I wouldn’t buy anything on line if you live in a large apartment complex - since no one seems to care . ”

Also, I just found out that I will need to deliver the package to FedEx myself and they will not be picking up from my house. Paying for exchanges is not common in 2025. ”
