Terrible customer service…cancelled order…they then take the money and refuse to refund…have had to open a chargeback claim to try to get my cash back…please do not use this company….

I returned items directly into the shop, I receive the mail with the intake number and products but they don’t refund me the money, they are thieves, You try to get in contact with them and they have the customer services in another country where they don’t mind your situation at all, they don’t give solution to anything, call to Spain headquarters and they say that because you bought it in Uk you have to claim it in UK, but where is la shouting in the middle of a desert.

Unprofessional manager! The perfume I purchased caused a rash on my skin not only the manager refused a refund but made unprofessional remarks and refused to tell me her name ! How much does this company spend on advertising? How sad to lose a loyal customer OVER $38 !!!!

Appalling customer service. Courier list my parcel and Zara refusing to refund me over a week later. I would encourage anyone with problems,to contact the chief executive, Samantha mackintosh, their email address is available if you google it. Let them know what a rubbish company they are in charge of.

Ordered a jacket that was apparently out of stock. For a month I was advised to wait 24/48 hrs. Currently trying to get my refund with no luck. Having to contact my bank for a charge back. Extremely poor service with generic answers from the Web chat from the advisors who aren't particularly interested in helping.
