Your order went out the day after it was ordered. It's currently with Australia Post. Based on the tracking details of your order, it is expected to be delivered between September 22 - September 28.
Australia Post has been struggling to keep up with demand and many of their staff are having to self isolate due to COVID.
Your delivery is still on the way, so please be patient, it should arrive soon.

Apologies if you've sent us email but we haven't received your email. All email we receive goes into our customer support system and we can't find any email from you. Sorry if it's gotten lost.
On another note, we can see that the helmet has now been delivered. Hopefully it's to your satisfaction and you'll consider revising your review.
We sent your helmet out the day it was ordered. Australia Post has seen an unprecedented increase in demand and they're short staffed due to employees having to self isolate. Unfortunately this means everyone is having to wait a bit longer for their parcels.
“Bought this brand balance bike since we thought we lost our previous one. however, we found it next day and we contact Zoomy for return since they offer 90 days return policy on their website(still brand new in the original box), but no one respond us. Don not buy it since they don not provide any customer service!”
“Worst customer service ever. Brought a scooter which was faulty, and advised to go to you tube to fix it. Then not even a year later it’s unusable, and not provided with a refund!”
