“Bought this brand balance bike since we thought we lost our previous one. however, we found it next day and we contact Zoomy for return since they offer 90 days return policy on their website(still brand new in the original box), but no one respond us. Don not buy it since they don not provide any customer service!”

We understand how frustrating this is for you, but please be patient. Your order went out the day after it was ordered. It's currently with Australia Post.
We can see from your tracking, your order is on its way, expected to be delivered between September 28 - Oct. 1.
Australia Post has been struggling to keep up with demand and many of their staff are having to self isolate due to COVID.
