I bought my Zoostorm computer quite recently, since getting it I have been getting issues with it crashing and saying that there is an error. the error that it gives is that there is a thread stuck in driver.... Phoned the tech support and was told to reinstall Windows 10, I did that and it still kept crashing, I phoned again this morning and was told that the graphics needed updating, I tried to do that and it failed because it couldnt find the hardware. This caused me to phone back again and after being on hold for 40 minutes I was told that the monitor was plugged into the wrong place and that it needed to be plugged into the bottom of the PC with the adapter they supplied.... There was no adapter supplied in the box with my PC and so I was told I would have to go out and buy one even though it was their fault that I didnt have it, I dont mind paying a few pound to get one but I dont see why I should have to when it wasnt my fault it wasnt supplied. I also felt like the advisor was trying to get me off the phone as quick as possible and didnt care about the issues that I was having.

For the first 12 months it was OK but since then it is very slow . I am disappointed with this because if I need to get a new one after one year it would be more economical to buy a better one in the first place. No word processing or spell check and office will cost you a small fortune for yearly subscriptions.

Dear Michael, thank you for your feedback, it is difficult from your comment to determine the problem here. There are many reasons why a system can become slow. For example Viruses can slow down your computer and cause data loss, while spyware or malware can slow a system down and compromise security by monitoring your activity and collecting information about you. Hardware issues with the system would typically cause other faults. In this case we would welcome further dialogue with you to see if there is any way we can help. You can contact customer services on cs@zoostorm.co.uk quoting your serial number. In relation to your comment about word processing, not all systems are sold with Microsoft Office, you will need to ensure you buy a system which includes Office next time. You can also purchase a one-time copy of Office on disk without having to join the subscription service. There are other software packages such as 'Open Office' which are free to use. Best wishes / Zoostorm.

Bought a new computer for my daughter in July, it no longer boots up, when I contacted Zoostorm about their return/repair policy it seemed that I would have to pay to ship it to them, potentially pay to repair it and then ship it back. On opening the pc it now has become apparent that the motherboard was damaged (one component totally bent) and it will be cheaper for me to replace the motherboard myself than send it back to Zoostorm for repairs. Beware....you get what you pay for....next time I will spend a little more and get better quality products.

Dear Michael thank you for feedback, this is troubling news to us as we always aim to deliver “right first time” systems, as we understand that you want to use the system as soon as it arrives. All of our systems undergo a rigorous test report before shipping. A system would never be dispatched with a faulty or bent motherboard as it would fail the test process and therefore would not be progressed through the system. In our experience a motherboard can only be damaged in transit or by tampering post-delivery. Best regards / Zoostorm.
