After zoostorm looked into this they apologised and said it was the shops fault for using the wrong pictures, there's a large gap in specification but no redress available as it wasn't zoostorm fault although they admitted the images are incorrect and there is no disclaimer saying the images may vary from the item you ma receive. Nothing in the specification description to say otherwise. Disappointed and now I'll need to spend money to bring this computer up to scratch.”

“Initially disappointed with the computer due to persistent technical faults.
Between E Buyer and Zoostorm it took overlong to agree a return to base. In the meanwhile different tech advisers handling the problems duplicated on-line solutions (failure to read the file fully) wasting time and causing much frustration. The repair was eventually executed well (although first response was "can't replicate the fault") and the hard drive was replaced together with memory (the latter twice!).
I still very occasionally experience shut down on waking from sleep mode and the inevitable black screen. However, it is better although I would not buy / recommend Zoostorm again.”
