“I’ve been a Zulily customer for the last 6-7 years. I am temporarily in the US, I’ve tried to place an order in 3 occasions and they canceled my order for no reason. The first time I called and they told me that the problem was my bank that was blocking the payment, when I called my bank to find out, it was not true. What a shame, after I have given them so many thousands of dollars through all these years. I will not buy from them anymore, and I warn you not to buy from them neither if you don’t want to have a surprise! I will file a claim with BBB for discrimination.”

“I placed an order for a Shower Curtain and paid through PayPal. after a couple of weeks I received an email from Zulily indicating that my order was being prepared for shipment. A couple of days later I was on the Zulily site and thought I would check my order. What I saw was that my order had been cancelled.
I immediately got on the Live Chat to find out what happened and why, if my order had been cancelled, had I not been notified and why wasn't a refund immediately issued. The person on the Live Chat was less than helpful. Ultimately they told me that I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. They were not able to tell me why my order was cancelled.
The person on the Live Chat was so rude I wasn't really confident that she issued the refund. A couple of days later I emailed Zulily Customer service to find out if indeed a refund was forthcoming. I received an auto-response email indicating I could expect to hear from them within 24-48 hours. Four days later I emailed them again to implore them to respond. The next day I received an email indicating that they were "checking on my refund" and would get back to me shortly.
Note: I found and ordered the same Shower Curtain on another site at a lower price and had my order within 2 days.
After 2 days with no response again I got on the Live Chat again to try and find out if a refund was coming. The person on the 2nd chat (Joshua) said that he could see that they had just requested the refund the day before.
Following the live chat I contacted Zulily Customer Service by phone. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I reviewed the entire situation with the supervisor who tried to blame the problem on PayPal but then admitted that Zulily automatically cancels orders that go beyond the expected ship date. Good to know which is why I will NEVER order from them again.
Something has changed at Zulily and NOT FOR THE BETTER. I recommend passing on Zulily.”

“The shoes that I ordered were very low quality and they do not accept returns for refunds! You can only return the items (at your own cost, I believe) for "store credit" to buy more of their low quality items. I could have sworn that I saw an "easy return" policy before I ordered!”
