Recommended through the Facebook group for a Macmillan Mighty Hike. I haven't done the walk yet but the cooling towel saved me during the very hot recent days in the UK. It's probably expensive for what it is but it really did work. What's more every time I lent it to someone else for a few minutes they didn't want to give it back!
