This ring would be beautiful if the craftsmanship was decent on it. I tried to take the ring to 3 different jewelry stores to try to get it resized (rather then to ship the ring back to pompeii) and all three jewelers would not even consider resizing due to how poorly the diamonds are placed. The head of the diamond is very crooked as you can see in the picture attached. Almost none of the side diamonds are placed evenly, they are either pushed down way to far or also crooked. I already tried calling customer service to get the ring replaced or refunded and they will not do either because the ring was purchased over 30 days ago (I just received it as gift). The only thing they will do is resize it and fix UP TO 3 of the diamonds. This rings need a lot more attention then only up to 3 of the diamonds. It is very sad and discouraging that they are standing behind the workmanship of this ring. I would also like to add that I've been trying to submit this review with ONE STAR and it keeps "not posting". I tried submitting with a better star selection, and there it is!!!! 4 stars is the least amount it will let me give and show up for everyone to see. ALSO, my previous post that did show up for everyone to see yesterday was just deleted today. The fact that the company does not allow negative honest feedback, with pictures supporting it, says a lot about how they run their business and just how much they actually care about their customers. I will continue to check on this and repost my review as necessary.
