We first purchased a 10' by 20' because we have a large patio area which gets direct sun most of the day. We also live at the top of a hill which unfortunately gets higher than average wind speed. The day after we set up the tent this spring, we got hit by a very fast moving high wind storm. We rushed out to save the tent but we couldn't hold it. realizing this was our responsibility, I contacted thee company directly to see if they would sell e just the frame. The rep was outstanding, very responsive and helpful. He offered me a frame at what I thought was a good price and we arranged the payment and shipment. We liked the tent so much that we bought two more of the 10' by 10' tents as well. Needless to say we are much more on to of the weather. review image
