Staff very warm and inviting nothing was too much trouble.
They were prepared for Tedis visit who is diabetic and requires insulin. The staff were all made aware that it needed to be kept in the fridge. The room was exceptional more like a boutique suite.
Breakfast was served quickly and hot with plenty of variety.
The bar staff were knowledgeable about the bears and wines. There was a varied menu and food was available throughout the day.
