At the beginning it took some time to get used to the stirrups because you can hold your foot in all directions and the stirrup just stays put, but when you have ridden with them a few times it just feels like a normal stirrup. Because your foot remains stable in the stirrup, it optimizes your posture, which is really really pleasant to ride with. The sides of the bracket are also open so that you can never get stuck with your foot if you fall. For me this gives an extra sense of security. I ride a lot in the woods so that is perfect! I don’t think I would want to ride with normal stirrups ever again! Totally recommend!
