Maybe my favorite knife to use. Fat Sanjo spine makes the knife super comfortable, the 185mm length makes it a jack of all trades, master of none. Just a pleasure to use. Perfect finish and the migaki is great for the patina to come.
Really good for portioning large steaks. Love it.
