This is an incredible knife, laser cutting thanks to how thin it is. The steel is impressive, edge retention is demential. I also got the Hatsukokoro Hayabusa Aogami Super Gyuto 24cm, the thin version, before they made it 2.2mm, so I knew exactly what I was getting.
