Customer service was amazing! Responsive!The blanket is well made. I have not measured or weighed the blanket yet though. So far it is comfortable and has a good weight. I got the 60x80 20lb blanket. My dog love to sleep under it as well. I try to keep in on the edge of the blanket for air. Slept well the first few days.l of having it. I wake up less than usual during the night- which makes me happier. I give it 5 stars!
