EAR TIPS ARE FINE...BUT, MY STETHOSCOPE IS BROKEN AND I’VE CALLED/EMAILED EKO A MINIMUM OF 6 TIMES AND CANNOT GET A RESPONSE...REALLY...WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER HAVE TO DO TO GET SOME ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE...I’VE ONLY HAD MY STETHOSCOPE FOR 10 MONTHS AND IT’S ALREADY BROKEN...VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH EKO’S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
