Very impressed! From the ordering to delivery, and putting together, this was a very easy process. We ordered 3 of the Theo 5 shelf bookcases for an office. All necessary parts were included with very easy assembly instructions. One shelf had a ding in it and the paint was a little bit “off” but we put it on the bottom, and no one will notice it. My husband definitely plan to order from NJ again and recommend it to others!
