I purchased 2 sets of counter height bar stools and they arrived quickly, were nicely packaged and pretty easy to assemble. My husband and encountered 1 issue (1 stool seemed to have been used because the legs were drilled when they shouldn't have been) causing legs to be loose. Customer Service was excellent! A replacement shipped out quickly and follow up emails made to ensure everything was good. I just received a great surprise today......a box of Godiva chocolates for my patience. 😍.
