Unfortunately my experience with this tour didn't deliver in terms of making friends or building connections with others whilst travelling. I was very kind and friendly to others on the tour however I felt a little out of place and excluded at times which dampened the experience for me. The tour starts were very early (sometimes getting up at 6 a.m. which is something I was not used to), but understandable as there was a lot to see. Be prepared for early days. However, the guide Tim was friendly, helpful and optimistic throughout the whole tour. The scenery and sights the tour went to were phenomenal and some were really special. I had the opportunity to experience amazing scenery, nature and wildlife. These are all things I enjoyed very much. Overall, if you are looking for a tour to experience the beauty of Tasmania with a friendly guide, I would recommend it purely for that purpose. If you are looking to make friends, I wouldn't recommend this tour.
