I had heard about the benefits of collagen and was interested in trying it.
After looking at numerous products and seeing reviews I decided on trying Hunter and Gather marine collagen.
What a difference it has made to my 58 year old body! My hair is thicker, my nails are so much stronger and my skin looks fresher and healthier. Maybe me but I think the wrinkles are less!!
I have it with my breakfast and don’t notice a taste difference at all. Highly recommend.
