Everything I’ve used from Soul has been fabulous! I significantly have reduction in anxiety that my anxiety medication didn’t help with. I feel more relaxed and able to go with the flow and find that the edge is taken off. I can always tell when I forget to take it in the morning before work every little thing annoys me again just how it was before I started using the drops! I do wish that the raspberry lemonade flavor came in the higher MG options! This is a great product and the Soul owners are amazing and are doing great things for the world ! If you are on the fence about it just start lower and work your way up…the website can answer all of your questions and has a great amount of detail to learn about the products offered.
