First time ordering from Hatch Chili Store. Choose 2 day shipping, was notified in advance that my Chili’s were on there way. Received my Medium Joe Parker’s and they were very fresh picked. Roasted them myself and vacuum packed for freezer storage. I already made a cornbread recipe with them and was delicious. The medium are a little spicy, but still good. Super happy with them.
