We absolutely LOVE our automatic blinds! We purchased them for our Airbnb guest house and they have been a huge hit with our guests. We chose the Rio Flax Fog fabric, which does look a bit different in person than it does online, but we are very happy with the color—it’s beautiful in our space. I highly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing. They provide an almost complete blackout, which is fantastic for sleeping. If you’re on the fence about spending extra for the automatic option, I can honestly say it is 100% worth it. The convenience is amazing, and the battery only needs to be charged about every six months. I would also recommend hiring someone to install them. It’s not necessarily difficult, but it’s definitely a two-person job and would be much easier for someone who has done it before.
