I love Grip 6 belts! I have one original/men's size belt, and also the smaller/women's size as well. There's not a huge difference- the women's one is a little smaller (both width and height) so for some people it might be better, but both of them work great for me. :-) Love all the color choices, quality of the product, and the lifetime guarantee! I got a belt for my brother and he likes it too.
