Just being on the island of North Haven gets 5 starts. View from the property is spectacular. And the property itself is stunning farm/pasture land. Saw all sorts of large and small birds. Seals swimming and making calls right in the bay (bring binoculars). Also saw a pig, deer and rabbits. For your stay expect a tentr tent, fire pit w wood provided, picnic table and a good clean outhouse. Bring any type of mattress or padding for sleeping on (beds are stiff) and a space heater for cooler nights. Bring all kitchen stuff — remember your tenting. The manager was great. Helped us get settled very easily. A side note: Took a two hour ride with Captain Oakley who runs Osprey Adventures. Was an awesome tour. Pulled a lobster trap which was cool to see. Saw incredible sights both of the island and of wild life. Oakley also let my kids jump off the boat— was something they will never forget. Thank you Benjamin. We were thrilled to be on Turner Farm!!
