Service was horrendous. Ordered online, it arrived with tyres not fitted properly. To get it fixed, they said they could pick up the bike and take it away for fixing. I asked if someone could come to my house to fix it on the spot - they said no. Or I had to take the bike to one of their stores to have tyres fixed up. Nothing like a store not taking responsibility for their screw up and putting the onus on the customer to go sort it out.
