I was so excited for this splurge. I have owned many knives and cook at home a lot, so decided I would finally treat myself to a "good" knife. After much internet research, this was listed by a site as a "best splurge". I was a bit hesitant about the price, but now so grateful I made the investment. Cuts like butter! I wish I would have done this so much sooner. May sound crazy, but it really speeds up my prep time. My only wish is that I could afford a full set!
