I was looking for a bag mainly for storing the guitar at home, and this bag is perfect for that task. I think it would also be great for carrying your guitar to gigs, a mates place, transporting in the back of your car. Its not necessarily built for commercial transportation e.g. the belly of a bus, air plane, but there's a heavier case than this one available for that if you need that level of protection. Really great case for the money, plush inner lining, compartments for picks, straps, etc, and also comes with a dust cover to go over the bag.
