What an amazing company. I’ve used liberty games a few times now. My first ever order with them we had a small issue.The customer service team were excellent. Problem was dealt with straight away with a very good outcome. This is one of the reason I went back to them this year. This year we ordered a 7ft pool table unfortunately online there were no delivery slots before Xmas. So I emailed the sales department to see if they could help. Whilst I was waiting for a reply I must of contacted 10 different companies to see if I could get a pool table before Xmas. No one could offer a delivery slot. Well liberty games went that little bit further. @James in the sales department thank you so much for taking the time to help me. You went over and above compared to all the other companies also the delivery manager who worked on a delivery route over the weekend for me just to see if they could fit me on. none of the other companies took the time to try. Because of the professionalism and kindness of the staff there liberty games will always get my custom. I Have to say every single department from sales to the delivery drivers have been absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for everything. my kids will be so happy with the table.
