Yes, I passed up one new electric and one new gasoline powered golf carts! The golf carts were both governed to about 20 ~ mph. I love the Horizon's quietness and sheer speed. I do like its automated cruise control as well. Not too scary fast, but when its gob of torque comes on, this scooter feels more powerful than 800w! No modifications were made to my scooter. I achieved a speed of 25.2 mph on a flat road. I attached some photos to this review. Apologies for the not-so-clean deck...I snapped a photo while riding!
