100% recommend this hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
The room was lovely and as we were on the ground floor ( room 5) we had terrace doors to let Pinot ( the dog) out, without traipsing through reception etc. Brilliant idea..... food was fabulous in the nelson bar. Afternoon tea was gorgeous in the palm court, our waiter was great and very attentive. We hope to come back soon.
