Great buy, works perfectly, including the app. Instructions were good. The install is a little different than the usual fans, but it was easy enough. Wifi was easy to hook up, remote synced right away, you can chose from white light or warm light and dim either. Fan will really go fast. I set up a schedule for the fan and that worked fine. Email support is a 10 out of 10, fast and back to you in hours or less. I ordered a color my wife didn't like. I didn't open the box. Got with Hugo who arranged a return and a new order for a different color. Im fixing to buy another fan for our large open area room. They work hard to make you happy!
