It’s a beautiful open field all to yourself. Surrounded by pines and a stream a few steps away. We were a group of ten escaping NYC. We woke up to a chilly morning preparing breakfast and coffee by the fire. By midday the sun was out and we headed to the bridge to make our way down stream. We spent our day exploring the woods and enjoying the little pools created by the crisp, clean and cold stream. We came prepared with full gear to enjoy the wilderness. Will recommend this spot and surely come again.
