This is a delightful drink. As a huge fan of the Mother Root ginger drink I was more than keen to try the new rhubarb blend and it doesn't disappoint.
All the flavour, with a creamy aftertaste and not too sweet, it's like summer in a glass!
I think it will come into its own as the days grow longer and drinks can be enjoyed outside. Also wonderful indoors!
