On first taste, what a lovely rhubarb refreshment. Carries a perfect blend of bitterness and sweetness to get the taste buds going. My first glass topped with chilled soda, relaxing in front of the late Winter fire was very enjoyable indeed. Looking forward to the next bottle as we approach Spring time, but this time garden bound.
