This is a high Quality chocolate that makes a beautiful, natural and thick froth in a suitable warming machine. Tastes of rich but mellow, rounded cocoa and is definitely deeper and more luxurious than any normal high-street brand and I've tried them all. I was honestly a bit surprised at how good this was; better than the competing high and Niche lines such as Green and Blacks and even The Chocolate Tree and the price when reduced is just about acceptable for the high quality and exclusivity of the product. My only issue (but big issue) is the sweetness. It's cut too much so a bit on bitter side and it's a pain to have to keep adding sugar all the time whereas I found only a teaspoon extra per cup brings it to Perfect sweetness. I was wondering if slightly more sugar could be added to the recipe please? It would be perfect. I don't like this trend of ''less sweet'' chocolate drinks forced by the authorities and believe that as a traditional name this should stick to traditional recipes we all love, the sweeter chocolate. I really want to give 4 stars but I just can't when the sweetness out the box is cut so much, it breaks taste and convenience. 3/5. If the out of box sweetness could be improved thanks
