It makes a brilliant gift for a football fan. I love it. The staff is also very responsive to email queries.
One room for improvement is to allow customers to view a draft of the personalisation after we key it in. It didn't turn out as expected and I don't know why there isn't proper punctuation. If I had known it'd turn out like that I would have edited it.
