It came very well packaged up in a wood crate. I would suggest, as I did, to be there when it’s delivered so you can ask the freight co driver to place it in your garage exactly where you want it until you are ready to unpack it. You can absolutely not move it once it’s set down! It comes to you in very few parts, so fairly simple to assemble. Took a few hours with 2 of us. Very happy with assembly. I watched videos of other brands and there was a lot more to assemble with the others. Very solid construction. Very sturdy. My is set up on thick rubber gym mats and does not move when using it. Motion is very smooth. Weights and rollers glide like butter. Highly suggest the Titan fitness trainer over others. Would totally buy it again.
