I received the bar within a few days after I ordered it. It was packaged well and the box was delivered undamaged. The bar itself was in perfect condition with no blemishes at all. This bar is heavy duty and will last a very long time. After using it a few times I can say that it is well balanced and you can actually take your hands off and just squat. It’s definitely a different feel than a regular barbell squat because you are using much more quads and less glutes. Overall I am very happy with it and would recommend it.
