I bought these gloves because I work outside with plants here in Oregon and for my upcoming trip to Serpukhov, Russia next winter. Although I love the snow and cold weather, I often experience Raymond’s syndrome in my hands. My hands become numb quickly after 20 minutes of being outside below freezing. Even though my usage of the gloves has been minimal, I can confidently say that the gloves are of high quality and will effectively keep my hands warm. I like the different choices the gloves have with heat levels. When you turn on full heat (Solid Red) you can feel warmth right away. It’s not too hot, but just right. It’s like as if you placed your hands near a heater, but not so hot as if you placed your hands next to fire. When I wear the liners, picking up items is a breeze and they fit just right, but with the second pair of gloves, there’s a slight feeling of bulkiness. In my opinion, the second pair of gloves seems ideal for walking outside in cold weather or doing snow photography.
