The best time to judge a company is when everything goes wrong. The package was delayed due to weather and I misread the shipping notice where due to large package size it could not be delivered to my home (and had to be picked up at a nearby freight center). Despite these issues, Off Road Tents communicated with me daily and worked with the carrier to reroute the package to my home safely. Thanks!
