These taste great. I take them for sleeping and anxiety. I am 41 years old and these make me feel like I'm 22 again. Mainly because I'm able to sleep through the night and feel rested in the morning. They're also great at treating minor aches and pains. I get stuck in traffic daily and by Friday stress and body aches accumulate. But not any more. I also completely stopped drinking alcohol as just a half of these makes me unwind.
