Customer service was excellent. They didn't put my order through initially, because it wasn't a custom size and they wanted to make sure this standard size would work for me. I appreciate that! The shade was easy to install and works smoothly. It's a quality product. The shade ended up fitting my window and I am very happy with the size. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because of spotting on the material (bamboo). I read before I ordered that this is a natural organic product so it's not going to be perfectly uniform in color. Well, it looks like stain was dripped on the bamboo, not wiped on. The stain is not uniform in any way and looks blotchy. Everything else about this product is excellent and beyond my expectations.
