My review is a bit overdue so sorry for that. I was sceptical at first ordering here. But glad I did! The customer service is something I've never experienced somewhere else and probably never will. I asked a ton of questions and received a ton of answers to all of those. Never once prompting me to place an order, These people let you take your time and help you get what you seek. As for the Katana, It's my first one so I went with the cheapest option out there being Hanbon Forge. Went for the custom Katana builder. This site is amazing user friendly to make your custom Katana. The Hanbon Forge site has more options but that's something that will probably be added here in the future as well but can also be achieved by just asking I'm sure. The katana that I received was perfect, Exactly how I customized it to my taste. Packaged excellently and looks beautiful. Long story short. If you're looking for a custom Katana and need a place that is user friendly, Trustworthy and has excellent customer service? Shop at Swordis!
