I really wanted to like this product because it has great ingredients like Vitamin C, Vitamic D3 and zinc but the smell is pretty tough for me. It smells a bit like dog food, if that makes sense. So it makes it somewhat tough for me to swallow. But if smells don’t matter to you then I’m sure this will be great to get the vitamins in
