Have used it a few times and am very happy. I struggled starting it up once but I think that was me rather than the grill. Really easy to use and works well. Iv smoked an 8 hour pork shoulder and done chicken thighs and smash burgers on the griddle. Easy to get wood smoke into the food by adding chunks to hopper with charcoal. Much better smoke flavour than on my masterbuilt electric smoker. Connecting the grill to WiFi was easy and using the app to control tje cook is really useful.
